Cefquinome Sulfate.

Characteristic 
White to light brown oily paste.

Pharmacological Action 
β-lactam antibiotics. Cefquinome is a cephalosporin antibiotic. It achieves sterilization effect by inhibiting the synthesis of cell wall. It has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and is stable to type I β-lactamase located around the cytoplasm, low affinity. which inhibits cell wall synthesis. Vitro antibacterial test showed that the product can inhibit common gram-positive and negative bacteria, including E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, etc.

Application 
For the prevention of dry cow mastitis 
caused by Streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,etc.

Usage and Dosage 
Intramammary infusion: dairy cow in dry milk period,1syringe for one breast.

Precautions 
(1) For the prevention of mastitis in dairy cow at dry milk period, used 50 days before calving.
(2) After the last milking in the lactation period, cleaned and disinfected the nipples. Inserted the head of injector into the duct, slowly inject the liquid, one syringe for a breast, squeezed all the contents into the duct, and gently massage the breast so that the goods dispersed evenly in the breast.
(3) L-lactam antibiotics-sensitive animals disabled, those who is allergic to these drugs should avoid directly contact with this product.
(4) If the product is stored in the condition with temperature below -20 ℃ for more than 12 hours, it should be placed at room temperature for 20 minutes before clinical use.

Discard Time 
Administered 50 days before calving, discard time is 1 days after postpartum.
